The Website is owned and operated by Kitchen 604 Catering Services, a registered sole proprietorship ("Kitchen 604", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 20450 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC. By accessing this Website or purchasing products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

2. 月子餐套餐及諮詢服務不透過本網站銷售 / Postpartum Meal Packages & Consultations Are Not Sold Through This Website

我們的 604 Recovery Start、604 Complete Care、604 Full Recovery、604 Prestige 及小產餐套餐，均須經由諮詢過程安排，並以電子轉帳（e-Transfer）方式離線付款。此等套餐受獨立簽署之《服務合約》（「合約」）約束，該合約之條款（包括訂金、取消及退款條款）與本網站條款及細則分開，如有抵觸，以《服務合約》之條款為準。詳見本文件「丁部」及我們的退款政策。

Our 604 Recovery Start, 604 Complete Care, 604 Full Recovery, 604 Prestige, and post-miscarriage meal packages are arranged through a consultation process and paid offline via e-Transfer. These packages are governed by a separately signed Service Agreement (the "Agreement"), the terms of which — including deposit, cancellation, and refund terms — are distinct from these website Terms and Conditions and shall prevail in the event of any conflict. See Part D of this document and our Refund Policy for further detail.

3. 價格及貨幣 / Pricing & Currency

本網站所列之所有價格均以加拿大元（CAD）標示，並未包括5%貨物及服務稅（GST），該稅項將於結帳時加算。我們保留隨時更改產品價格之權利，惟已確認之訂單不受影響。

All prices listed on this Website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time; confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. 付款方式 / Payment Methods

本網站商店產品之付款透過 Stripe 安全處理。我們不會於自己的伺服器上儲存您的完整信用卡資料。月子餐套餐之訂金及餘款則透過電子轉帳（e-Transfer）另行安排，並不透過本網站商店結帳。

Payment for store products on this Website is securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers. Deposits and balances for postpartum meal packages are arranged separately via e-Transfer and are not processed through this Website's checkout.

5. 訂單確認及拒絕權利 / Order Confirmation & Right to Refuse

訂單確認電郵並不構成我們接受您的訂單之保證。若產品缺貨、價格顯示錯誤、或我們合理懷疑訂單存在欺詐或錯誤，我們保留取消或拒絕任何訂單之權利，並將全額退還已收取之款項。

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or error. Any amount already charged for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

丙部：配送、食品安全及過敏原 / PART C — DELIVERY, FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGENS

6. 配送範圍及責任 / Delivery Area & Responsibility

本網站商店產品之配送範圍為大溫哥華地區。客戶有責任於送達時在指定地址接收產品，尤其是冷藏或冷凍產品，以確保食品安全。若因客戶不在場而未能送達，Kitchen 604 概不負責因此而變質之產品。

Store products are delivered within the Greater Vancouver area. Customers are responsible for being available to receive products at the designated address upon delivery, particularly for refrigerated or frozen items, to ensure food safety. Kitchen 604 is not responsible for product spoilage resulting from a missed delivery due to customer unavailability.

7. 食品安全及過敏原聲明 / Food Safety & Allergen Disclosure

我們的產品於 Fraser Health 認可之商業廚房內製作。雖然我們盡力標示常見過敏原，惟我們的廚房同時處理多種食材，可能存在交叉接觸之風險。如您有食物過敏或飲食限制，請於下單前聯絡我們，或於備註欄清楚註明。

Our products are prepared in a Fraser Health approved commercial kitchen. While we make reasonable efforts to identify common allergens, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and cross-contact may occur. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering or clearly note them in your order.

Our products are intended to provide nutritional and wellness support and are not medical products or treatments, nor a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have any health concerns, particularly relating to postpartum or post-miscarriage recovery, please consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider.

丁部：禮品卡 / PART D — GIFT CARDS

9. 禮品卡條款 / Gift Card Terms

Kitchen 604 禮品卡一經售出，概不接受退款，亦不可兌換現金，惟法律另有規定者除外。根據卑詩省法例，禮品卡不設有效期限。禮品卡遺失或被盜，Kitchen 604 概不負責。

Kitchen 604 gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value once sold, except as required by law. In accordance with British Columbia law, gift cards do not expire. Kitchen 604 is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

戊部：一般條款 / PART E — GENERAL TERMS

在法律允許之最大範圍內，Kitchen 604 概不對因使用本網站或本網站產品而引致之任何間接、附帶或衍生性損失負責。我們對任何單一訂單之總責任，不超過該訂單之實際付款金額。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitchen 604 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or its products. Our total liability for any single order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.
