坐月子是台灣傳統中，產後媽媽休養調理的重要時期。這段期間，身體正在恢復元氣，飲食扮演著關鍵角色。Kitchen 604 提供依照台灣坐月子傳統設計的餐點，以溫和滋補的食材、循序漸進的餐單，陪伴媽媽度過產後恢復期。
In Taiwanese tradition, zuò yuèzi (坐月子) is the essential postpartum recovery period, and what you eat during this time plays a key role in how your body recovers. Kitchen 604 prepares meals designed around authentic Taiwanese postpartum principles — warming, nourishing ingredients and a meal progression built specifically to support new mothers through recovery.

大溫哥華地區大部分月子餐業者以廣東式坐月子為主，Kitchen 604 是少數專注於正宗台灣式坐月子的業者。此外，我們的早餐是送餐當天早上現煮，並非前一晚準備冷藏後翌日送達；我們使用專屬玻璃餐盒（非拋棄式容器）；而且我們的份量比市場上大部分業者更為豐盛。
Most postpartum meal providers in Greater Vancouver focus on Cantonese-style confinement traditions. Kitchen 604 is one of the few dedicated specifically to authentic Taiwanese-style zuò yuèzi. We also cook breakfast fresh on the morning of delivery rather than the night before, use exclusive glass containers instead of disposable ones, and serve noticeably larger portions than most competitors.
3. 我應該什麼時候開始聯絡你們？流程是什麼？ When should I contact you, and what does the process look like?
我們建議在預產期前3至6個月與我們聯絡，以便安排諮詢及試餐，確保餐點口味及安排符合您的需求。流程通常為：聯絡我們 → 安排諮詢（可包含試餐）→ 確認套餐及配送日期 → 簽署服務合約及支付訂金 → 產後配合您的出院／恢復時間開始送餐。
We recommend reaching out 3-6 months before your due date so we can arrange a consultation and tasting to make sure the meals and schedule are right for you. The general process is: contact us → consultation (including an optional tasting) → confirm your package and delivery dates → sign the Service Agreement and pay your deposit → delivery begins around your discharge date or recovery timeline.
4. 你們提供哪些套餐？ What meal packages do you offer?
我們目前提供三種主要套餐：604 Recovery Start（15天）、604 Complete Care（20天）及604 Full Recovery（30天），亦有彈性按日計費之選項。每個套餐均包含早、午、晚三餐及湯品。詳細內容及費用將於諮詢時為您說明。
We currently offer three core packages: 604 Recovery Start (15 days), 604 Complete Care (20 days), and 604 Full Recovery (30 days), along with a flexible per-day option. Each package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and soup daily. Full details are shared during your consultation
5. 每天的餐點包含什麼？ What's included in a day of service?
每日餐點包含早餐、午餐、晚餐及滋補湯品，並依季節及個人需求調整菜單。所有餐點均以我們的玻璃容器盛載，早餐更是送餐當天早上現煮，確保您收到時仍是溫熱新鮮的。
Each day includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a nourishing soup, with the menu adjusted seasonally and to your personal needs. All meals are delivered in our glass containers, and breakfast is cooked fresh the same morning so it arrives hot, not reheated.
6. 你們如何處理食物過敏及飲食限制？ How do you handle food allergies and dietary restrictions?
我們會在諮詢時詳細了解您的過敏史、飲食限制及個人喜好，並根據所提供之資訊調整餐單。請務必於簽約前如實告知所有已知過敏及限制，以便我們作出合適安排。
We go through your allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences in detail during your consultation, and tailor your menu accordingly. Please disclose all known allergies and restrictions before signing your agreement so we can accommodate them properly.
7. 你們有提供小產（流產）專屬餐點嗎？ Do you offer a package for miscarriage recovery?
有的。我們深知流產後的身體及情緒恢復同樣需要細心照顧，因此提供專屬的小產餐服務，包含彈性天數選項（單日、15天、20天或30天），以溫和滋補的餐點陪伴您度過這段特別的復原期。我們的團隊會以體貼及尊重的態度與您溝通安排，您可隨時透過電話、簡訊或電郵與我們聯絡，我們會以最合適的步調與您討論。
Yes. We understand that recovery after a miscarriage — physically and emotionally — deserves the same level of care, so we offer a dedicated post-miscarriage meal service with flexible options (single day, 15-day, 20-day or 30-day). These meals are designed to be gentle and restorative for this particular recovery period. Our team approaches every conversation about this service with sensitivity and discretion — please reach out by phone, text or email whenever you're ready, and we'll go at whatever pace feels right for you.
8. 費用是多少？ How much does it cost?
由於每位媽媽的需求及套餐選擇不同，我們建議透過諮詢為您提供準確的報價及最合適的套餐建議。歡迎聯絡我們安排免費諮詢。

9. 你們的配送範圍及費用？What are your delivery areas and fees?
我們提供大溫哥華地區全面配送服務。楓樹嶺及匹特草地地區享有免費配送，其他地區依所在區域收取每日 $8-10 的配送費。詳細的配送安排將在諮詢時為您確認。
We deliver across Greater Vancouver. Delivery is free within Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, and $8-10/day delivery fee applies depending on the zone. Exact delivery arrangements are confirmed during your consultation.
10. 付款方式有哪些？ What payment methods do you accept?
月子餐套餐之訂金及餘款透過電子轉帳（e-Transfer）支付。我們網路商店之產品（如雞精、藥膳湯品、彌月禮盒等）則透過Stripe安全付款，接受主要信用卡。
Deposits and balances for postpartum meal packages are paid via e-Transfer. Products purchased through our online store (chicken essence, herbal soups, herbal teas, Mi-Yue gift sets, and similar items) are paid securely through Stripe, which accepts major credit cards.
11. 如果我需要暫停或更改配送時間，怎麼辦？ Can I pause or reschedule my deliveries if needed?
可以。如您因住院、醫療緊急情況或其他特殊原因需要暫停送餐，請提前最少24小時通知我們，未使用之服務天數將順延至合約期末補送。詳細條款請參閱您已簽署之服務合約。
Yes. If you need to pause delivery due to hospitalization, a medical emergency, or another exceptional circumstance, please give us at least 24 hours' notice — any unused days will be carried forward to the end of your service period. Full terms are outlined in your signed Service Agreement.
12. 你們的容器衛生／環保嗎？ Are your containers hygienic and eco-friendly?
是的。我們一律使用專屬玻璃餐盒，而非市面上常見的拋棄式塑膠容器，既更衛生，亦更環保。餐盒會於送餐當天早上回收，帶回我們的商業廚房，以高溫商用洗碗機徹底清洗及消毒，並於您下次送餐時重複使用。
Yes. We exclusively use glass containers rather than the disposable plastic commonly used elsewhere — better for hygiene and better for the environment. Containers are collected the morning of delivery, then brought back to our commercial kitchen where they are cleaned and sanitized in our hi-heat commercial dishwater, and reused at your next delivery.
